I like the look of that place although the fireplace clearly needs a new facade. The hot tub would be fun and sounds like there is stuff to do close by.
I saw this one too when I was looking. Might be worth a call to ask some questions. I'd be interested to know how the sleeping arrangements would work out. We really need 3 bedrooms and a loft...at a minimum. Was my suggestion too expensive?
